We’re looking for someone to be the face of our company’s recruiting efforts, building our culture with the executive team, and finding the awesome talent within the Utah and future market. The ideal candidate will expand with the company, eventually having their own team of recruiters in various markets and states we are expanding into. -Drive the placement process and support the technical leadership team.
-Source and qualify potential candidates for technical aptitude and soft skills
-Manage candidate tracking in our asset database using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
-Provide summary writeups on candidate submissions to leadership
-Coordinate and schedule interviews Visit candidates for face to face meetings
-Gather feedback and debrief candidates after interviews Perform candidate reference checks
-Extend offers to potential hires and close them!!
-Technical recruiting experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right person and build a successful career for you. Prior experience may include recruiting, real estate, customer service, or any people-facing skills or roles.
-Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills are required. Prior experience working in a fast paced environment is desired. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to multitask and handling multiple projects at the same time
-Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications
-Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
-Work from Home is Optional although corporate office meetings and interaction is required, position will require field work (visiting job sites, taking meetings outside of the office) and you must have your own transportation.
-Professional phone presence along with using Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
-Capability to handle many open contract requirements at any point in time
-Team player, a must, keep it real and be honest with your team and self.
-Independent and motivated without much supervision, REQUIRED Aggressive with a strong desire to succeed, goal-oriented, REQUIRED Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment
Additional Information Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an excellent compensation package including a base salary and generous commission structure. The starting base salary range is $50,000.00 with a $10,000.00 a year bonus along with an aggressive commission structure for successful hires, you win, we win type of attitude and environment.
For every successful hire:
$500.00 per hire for laborers
$250.00 per hire after 1 year of employment
$1,000.00 per hire for middle management
$500.00 per hire after 1 year of employment
