ES Solar is currently in need of several experienced and skilled Installation Technicians to join our team. We are looking for new Team Members who are problem solvers, works well with others, provide good customer service, and have good communication with both office and customers. Responsibilities and Duties:
-Assess the job site, identify any potential hazards
-Layout racking and attachment points to plan and install all arrays to permitted specs.
-Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar PV systems.
-install the solar collector, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, or support structure.
-Attach and weatherproof the Solar installation in accordance with local safety regulations and the
specifications of the manufacturer.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Able to work well on a team.
-Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
-General Labor
-Power tool experience
-Ability to communicate with others
-Previous experience in the Solar industry is not required but highly considered.
-Good customer service, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
-Clean Driving Record
-Must be comfortable on a roof

Hours:
Monday – Friday but must be willing to work a rare Saturday if needed.
Travel positions are available with Per diem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting wage $15-20/hour DOE
**$500 SIGN-ON BONUS**
